SauCo Properties Dog Breed Restriction List
Below is a list of dog breeds not allowable under SauCo Properties policies. Mixes of any of the below breeds are also considered restricted. Any dog with any history of aggressive behavior will not be allowed. Please see pet agreement for more information.

- Great Dane
- Saint Bernard
- Dalmation
- American Bulldog
- Belgian Malinois
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- American Bull Terrier
- Bull Terrier
- Presa Canario
- Cane Corso
Pet Policies
Pet policies and fees will vary by listing, please read the listing thoroughly before applying.
In general, SauCo Properties permits 2 pets per household with a $500.00 pet deposit per pet and a $25.00 per pet per month pet rent fee.
What if I have a service animal?
No Problem!
Service animals with the appropriate legal documentation are not considered pets, and allowable in any SauCo home. Please let us know if you have a service animal.
